Police have seized and destroyed cannabis plants being grown in quiet rural town
Humberside Police received information regarding a resident in Epworth growing a small quantity of cannabis plants.
A joint visit by Epworth neighbourhood officers and a housing officer resulted in a small quantity of cannabis plants being located.
The suspect has been dealt with by police.
The plants have been seized and destroyed.
Both the Police and the housing officer are working with the tenant, regarding support agencies for drug use.
