The most popular professions fantasised about by British people were drawn up by MyJobQuote.

Fantasies about teachers are the most frequently searched in the UK, with 14,570 searches every month.

And fantasies associated with maids and cleaners was the second most-searched profession, with 12,670 average monthly searches.

And every month, 260 people in the UK search for brick layers to fantasise over.

Nurses appear to be the third sexiest profession as Google shows that 9,710 searches are made each month.

Office workers are also among the most fantasised about professions, with 8,700 Google searches for adult office content monthly.

It appears that tradesmen are popular as pest controllers have 1,450 Google searches, gardeners have 3,530 Google searches and handymen have 1,260 Google searches.

Surprisingly, airport security guards ranked in the top 20 professions we fantasise about the most, with 270 Google searches on average every month.

But its not good news for all professions – some aren't fantasised about at all.

Some of the least fantasised about professions, who had an estimated zero Google searches include prison wardens, journalists, traffic wardens, mathematicians, engineers and scientists.

Researchers used Google keywords to discover which professions’ fantasy content is most frequently searched in the UK, from January 2019 to December 2019, using words similar to the occupation and adding these search numbers together to create an overall view.
