Prime Minister Boris Johnson has revealed his roadmap out of lockdown restrictions, providing a series of key tests are met, such as falling coronavirus infection rates.
The phased reopening of the country includes pubs and restaurants being able to open for outdoor hospitality from Monday, April 12.
The Government says, that provisionally from April 12 “hospitality venues can serve people outdoors only”.
It says: “There will be no need for customers to order a substantial meal with alcohol, and no curfew – although customers must order, eat and drink while seated.”
