The car, hotel room – by the window and public toilets are among the most popular places.

And in Doncaster, sex on a balcony is apparently townsfolk’s outdoor place of choice to get saucy.

Londoners name public toilets as their favourite place to get jiggy, while Scots in Edinburgh favour the window of a hotel.

End of Tenancy London were intrigued to discover the most unconventional, but popular, places people like to get down and, in some cases, very dirty!

The firm analysed Google search terms and conducted a nationwide survey to find out where in public people have had sex, which location is their ultimate fantasy, and which city favours where when it comes to “making love” outside.
