Stunning pictures as Brodsworth Hall's Enchanted Garden returns for Christmas

Visitors to Doncaster’s historic Brodsworth Hall can walk in a real winter wonderland this Christmas – with the return of the English Heritage property’s Enchanted Garden.

Between 5 and 22 December, the grounds will be bathed in spectacular lighting and visitors will be able to follow an illuminated trail through the gardens, taking in various magical lighting and surprises along the way.

The event, which runs Thursdays’ to Sundays’ during December from 4.30pm, will give visitors a rare opportunity to explore this historic property after dark.

Marshmallows, mulled wine and hot chocolate will be available and last-minute Christmas shopping can be done in the festive shop.

The event runs Thursday, 5 – Sunday 8 December; Thursday, 12 – Sunday 15 December and Thursday, 19 – Sunday 22 December from 4:30pm
