Sex survey reveals 10 biggest passion killers for men and women in Doncaster

Women’s number one turn-off is a partner who eyes their phone during love-making.

Seven out of ten women (72%) say they have lost interest in sex with partner because he was looking his phone at the same time - most commonly to check on a football score.

Men’s biggest sex mood killer is a lover who always wants to make love the same way.

Six out of ten men (64%) said that lack of variety and surprises in the bedroom was their biggest turn-off.

The results are revealed in a new survey by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading affairs site.

The second most popular female passion killer was their partner talking too dirty and making sex like a porn movie - 65% of women have experienced this.

In third place was having pets in the bedroom - 54% of women said they were put off by a dog or cat eyeing the action.

Fourth place went to men who skip to penetration too quickly and don’t warm them up with foreplay - a complaint with 51% of women.

Fifth place went to men who talk about sex with ex-lovers and make it clear that they have been unfaithful - 48% said this was a turn off.

In second place on the male passion killers is a partner who never initiates sex - with 58% of men moaning that they have to take the lead all the time.

In third place was Bridget Jones underwear - with more than half of men (52%) saying they had been turned off by big knickers or underwear that is old.

Fourth place on the male list went to women who admitted cheating on a previous partner - 49% of men said they didn’t like this.

Fifth place went to smoking, with 45% of men saying they didn’t like kissing women who smoke if they are a non-smoker.

The survey showed that phones are one of the biggest passion killers for both sexes.

The vast majority of women (85%) and men (82%) have their phones by their bedsides when they are making love.

And 58% of women and a similar number of men (54%) said they had broken off from sex to answer a call during the throes of passion.

Jessica Leoni, sex and relationship expert at IllicitEncounters.com, said: “Two-thirds of people in Doncaster have cheated on a partner at some point in our lives.

“But the last thing you want to do if you are trying to seduce a new date is to admit that you are a love cheat. Both men and women say they are less likely to sleep with someone who boasts about their past conquests and admits to cheating.

“Keep that information to yourself if you are looking to score with someone new.

“The other big passion killer for both sexes is phones. Eyeing your phone more amorously than your partner ruins the mood for both sexes. Much better to both switch off your phones before you get passionate.”
