Queen's Platinum Jubilee: Doncaster's Asda supermarket flies the flag for Her Majesty with beers from around the world
Forget bunting and baking to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – a Doncaster supermarket came up with a fabulous way to decorate its store.
The Lakeside branch of Asda saw staff set to work to create a Union Jack flag with a difference – this one was made up entirely of crates of beer.
The innovative employees used boxes of Foster’s, Stella and Budweiser to represent the red, white and blue of the flag, and we have to say we’re pretty impressed with the end result.
