Doncaster Mind is moving their services online for the foreseeable future but that does not mean that they are not offering multiple ways for people to look after their mental health.

Kat Woolley, Inspiring People Officer at the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust will soon be launching ‘The Tour of Potteric Carr From Your Armchair’ in collaboration with Doncaster Mind.

She will be filming herself walking around the nature spot in the hopes of bringing people closer to the outside world even if they can’t get out into it themselves.

Jenni said: “There is a dual purpose of the project as we want to encourage people to get out and about even if they have been hesitant to do so due to anxiety.

“People are worried about what rules are in place as they are constantly changing and don’t know where to wear masks or what facilities are open.

Doncaster Mind will be running a virtual craft group via Facebook which will encourage people to make festive themed items whilst having a chat with group members.
