Gogglebox has been entertaining millions of viewers during the coronavirus lockdown and the final show in the series aired last night.

Hide AdDerby-based Sid Siddiqui – whose family is a firm favourite on the sofa-based TV hit – has now tweeted it will return in the autumn.
“It has been amazing series despite huge challenges,” he said.
“Well done team Gogglebox, we salute you.
“So folks we will meet again in September.
“Enjoy the summer and stay safe.”
Some people replied to say they couldn’t wait until September.
