For the last nine days, Noah has been doing at least one mile a day on his bike around his home in Bentley.

Gemma, aged 36, said: “I’m really proud of him, he’s such a kind and sensitive little boy.

“He’s only once said that he didn’t want to do the ride because he was tired and he still did the mile despite falling off and scraping his elbow.”

“We think that the NHS is doing such an amazing job, they’re putting their lives at risk every day,” Gemma continued.

Like many families, Gemma says that they are using their daily exercise to keep children occupied.

As both she and her partner are not currently working due to the virus they have gotten creative with ways to entertain their two young boys.

She said: “As well as the bike rides we turned the trampoline into a tent and got a new paddling pool.

“We are definitely going to carry on going on bike rides after Covid-19, it’s made us all a lot more outdoorsy.”
