The star, who was brought up in Bessacarr, now sits in sixth spot on the list compiled by Heat magazine, showcasing Britain’s wealthiest young showbiz icons.

All of his fellow One Direction band mates make the top ten, with Louis behind Harry Styles and Niall Horan but ahead of Zayn Malik and Liam Payne.

Singer songwriter Ed Sheeran topped the 30 under 30 Rich List, with a staggering £210 million fortune in the bank.

Harry Styles and Emma Watson round out the top three, while KSI is the highest new entry with £12 million.
