Doncaster Young Farmers will be hosting the event on Sunday, November 30.
The tractors will arrive at The Farm Shop in Barnby Dun from 9am and will depart at 10am.
The run will visit Barnby Dun, Haywood, Sutton, Campsall, Norton, Askern, Moss, Sykehouse, Fishlake, Stainforth, Hatfield and Dunscroft before returning to Barnby Dun.
Full details can be found on the Doncaster Young Farmers Facebook page.
Chairman Dan Hellewell said: “We really appreciate the support from the locals year after year, as with theur help we raise a fantastic amount of money to split between our club and The Farm Safety Foundation Yellow Wellies which is a charity that dedicates itself to raising awareness for mental health and general safety within the farming community.”
