The rocker was among a host of big name stars at last night’s ceremony at London’s O2 Arena and ahead of his appearance, posted a photo of himself on social media sporting shiny pink high heels and telling his followers: “See you f**kin later @brits.”

Yungblud real name Dominic Harrison, was nominated for the Best British Male award – but missed out to J Hus.

The star rubbed shoulders with the likes of Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift and Little Mix at the in person event, one of the Government’s test events aimed at the return of live music.

Yungblud comes from a musical heritage – his dad Justin ran Doncaster’s Music Ground guitar shop in Hall Gate for many years while his grandad Rick also played with glam rock legends T-Rex in the 1970s.
