Doncaster firefighting duo are honoured with long service awards

South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue employees Scott Thomas and Daniel Mackie, both from Blue Watch at Edlington station, have recently been presented with their Long Service and Good Conduct (LSGC) medals.
They were honoured by station manager Matt Craig - 21 years after they started the same recruits course together back in the year 2000.
The medal is presented after 20 years’ good service.
