Jeremy Corbyn would lend you cash, Boris Johnson would be great to have a pint with while Nigel Farage would get into a fight, a new student survey about politics has revealed.

Nido Student, a leading UK student accommodation provider, wanted to see which politicians students resonated with on different subjects.

The firm asked 1,678 students from all regions of the UK a series of questions, where they had to name the politician most relevant to the scenario and got some interesting results.

The study was done in a light-hearted way to see how key figures in cabinet and opposition parties are received by students.

While Corbyn is most trusted, they do not see him as someone they’d socialise with at the pub. Likewise, whilst Johnson is top candidate for a pub session, he is not trusted with money or personal information.
