Hundreds of pounds have already poured in for the group of six students at Scawsby’s Ridgewood School who had their bicycles pinched yesterday.

Fundraiser Courtney Needham said that the bikes were taken from the school on Barnsley Road at around 12.30pm on Monday.

She said: “Four people entered the school premises and took six student bicycles.

"We’re setting this GoFundMe up to help these six heartbroken children get their bicycles back.

"It is heartbreaking to know that our children can’t even ride their bikes to school without them being taken, when that’s meant to be a safe place for them to be.

"Please help up by donating as little as £1 -every penny counts. Let’s get these very heartbroken children back on their bicycles.”
