5. Darcy Annette Davis
Kirsty Davis, said: "Darcy Annette Davis born 4/02/21 it's hard with not having friends and family come over and see them face to face but you have to keep them safe and technology is amazing these days and can face time etc. Like any new parent you are finding your bearings and with Covid-19 I think it gives you more time with the little one and learn their tricks etc! Which has done us a favour before sharing them to soon, than you would if the restrictions weren't in place! If that makes sense. Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS FT & Royal Primary Care maternity unit was amazing! They have been given a lot slack and I was worried with reading all the comments with my partner not being allowed to be there! But everyone experience is different but we couldn't praise them enough and was amazing with us! He was there from start to finish." Photo: Kirsty Davis

6. Parker John Sutcliffe
Katy Louise, said: "Our rainbow baby Parker John Sutcliffe born 10th January 2021. One month old today and enjoying lots of cuddles with Mum and Dad. The hardest part of having a baby during lockdown is questioning yourself constantly and not having people around to tell you your doing a good job." Photo: Katy Louise

7. Mia Williamson
Katy Munday, said: "Mia Williamson was born 13/12/2020 it was hard going through the pregnancy in lockdown due to having to go to scary appointments on my own and then being induced on my own. Since January it has been really hard bring up a newborn whilst try to home school a very head strong 5 year old and my partner having to work 7 days a week most weeks. As well as the family not being able to meet her. The only positive has been that my daughters have definitely bonded with each other." Photo: Katy Munday

8. Heidi Elizabeth McHugh
Rachel McHugh, said: "Heidi Elizabeth McHugh born at The Royal on 5/1/2021. The staff were amazing and we never once felt like we were in the middle of a pandemic!
