Man to stand trial for village murder in July
Paul Craig Neatby, aged 34, of Victoria Street, Goldthorpe, is accused of killing 51-year-old Andrew Kelly, who was discovered in his home in the village of Goldthorpe, between Doncaster and Barnsley, on December 2 last year.
Neatby appeared via video link from HMP Doncaster at Sheffield Crown Court on Monday morning for a plea and case management hearing.

Hide AdThe court heard a two-week trial will is scheduled to take place from July 18.
Neatby pleaded not guilty to the charge of robbery.
He is accused of robbing a wallet and cash from Mr Kelly.
But no plea was entered to the murder charge, as an application to dismiss the count will be made before the start of the trial in July.
Neatby was remanded in custody until his next appearance in court.
