Angry Doncaster residents have taken to social media to reveal their experiences at the hands of trick or treaters as a number of incidents marred Halloween celebrations in Doncaster.

While hundreds of children took to the streets in search of treats last night, some residents were upset and shared their views on Facebook.

In Wheatley, one woman, sharing a photo of a group of trick or treaters at her door said: “After getting some treats this boy kicked my cat instead of wishing happy Halloween! Hope you're proud!”
