By registering items (garden equipment, cycle, watch, jewellery, laptop, mobile phone, camera, television, cycle etc.) onto all UK police forces and registered second hand dealers will be informed if your property is stolen.

Registering your valuables increases the chances of it being identified and returned to you.

1. Get your items close to hand, go online and visit

2. Create an account.

3. Add item details including any unique markings or serial numbers.

4. Consider writing postcode and house number onto valuables with a UV pen and also register these details as additional searchable references.

5. If anything you’ve registered goes missing, inform the police and update to help the police recover and return your property.
