Kunekune pigs Nora and Dotty were being transported to an animal sanctuary in Lincolnshire when they somehow managed to flee their trailer as it travelled through Tickhill.
Nora was the first to be caught and now bosses at Gainsborough’s Sunflower Park have now confirmed that the pair are back together after Dotty was also captured.

“She was found this afternoon (yesterday) with the fantastic help of Phillip from Drone SAR for Lost Dogs UK - with only minutes to spare on his last battery - also Iain and Alex from Messingham Zoo
“She was nested in a field on the opposite side of the road to where we found Nora. The search came to a fantastic although knackering end with a giant rugby tackle from all and a helping carry into the trailer
“We would like to say a gigantic thank you from us all at Sunflower Park. We couldn’t have found her without all your help.”

When the new owners arrived at their destination, they found the trailer on the back of their vehicle was empty.
