Crews from across South Yorkshire tackled the fire in Balby yesterday afternoon, with one man taken to hospital, explosions heard and a huge plume of smoke seen for miles around from across Doncaster.
The fire broke out at a firm called Royal Conversion, which manufactures and refits ice cream vans from its premises in Cross Bank, Balby.
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service has released photos showing the extent of the damage, with bosses at the firm pledging to rebuld and come back stronger following the inferno.
