Doncaster Rovers: '˜I told them it wasn't good enough' Grant McCann criticised his players before they went on to beat Plymouth Argyle
John Marquis put Rovers ahead in the first half only for Plymouth to equalise through Ruben Lameiras in a first half of which the hosts at Home Park had the better.
A much improved second half performance saw Rovers take control, racing into a 3-1 lead with goals from Marquis and Matty Blair before Graham Carey pulled another back deep into stoppage time.

'I had to raise my voice a bit at half time,' he said.
'I called them over when we scored and told them '˜this is not good enough, it's not good enough to win.'
'I told them that again at half time and told them that is why I called them over when they scored.
'I could sense that Plymouth were going to come back into the game.

'It's a good three points and not an easy place to come.'

'We didn't start the game well which was disappointing.
'But then we scored with a good finish from John.
'Then I think we let them get a foothold in the game after that a little bit.
'We didn't go and get the second goal.'
