Doncaster racegoers giddy up and back charity appeal
Big-hearted racegoers helped to raise more than £350 in aid of Doncaster's hospice.
Those who headed to the recent Doncaster summer afternoon race donated spare change and helped to raise £358.96 for the St John’s Hospice Appeal.
Chris Smith, hospice community fundraiser, said: “It was a really busy day and the staff and patients at our hospice all appreciate the money donated from the racegoers.
“They were really generous and boosted our appeal.”
