The popular restaurant has announced big new plans

A popular Doncaster pizza restuarant is moving closer to opening a new bar for customers to enjoy - dubbed a“secret garden” filled with greenery and described as a place to escape.

The Rustic Pizza Co has announced details of plans for its outlet at Lakeside and a spokesperson said: “The secret is nearly out.

“After months of planning, designing and bringing our vision to life, there are now only a few weeks to go until The Rustic Nook opens its doors at Lakeside.

“Step inside and discover our very own secret garden a botanical escape filled with greenery, warm lighting, beautiful details and plenty of hidden corners to find your perfect nook.

“The Rustic Nook is somewhere to eat, drink, share and escape.

“Small plates designed for sharing, grazing boards and bites, handcrafted cocktails, wine and fizz, draught beer, coffee and relaxed afternoons - all surrounded by our secret garden atmosphere.

“Come for a cocktail and a few small plates, meet friends for drinks, enjoy a date night or simply find a cosy corner and let the evening unfold.

“This isn't just another bar…It's your little escape at Lakeside.

“Over the next few weeks, we'll be opening the door a little further and giving you your first glimpses inside.

“Only a few weeks to go. The secret garden is almost ready.”
