Doncaster pedestrian, aged 29, dies days after Balby crash
Darren Cunningham, aged 29, who suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision last weekend died in hospital yesterday morning (Thursday August 11)
At around 5.45am on Saturday August 6, it is reported that a black Vauxhall Corsa and a black BMW 5 series were involved in a collision in Balby Carr Bank, which resulted in a further collision between the BMW and pedestrian Mr Cunningham.

Hide AdMr Cunningham, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries where he died yesterday morning (Thursday 11 August).
Darren’s family issued the following statement: “Darren will be missed by everyone who knew him. His girlfriend and his family would like to say thank you to his many friends and the wonderful staff at Northern General Hospital for their overwhelming kindness and support over the past week.”
A 44-year-old man driving the BMW was arrested on suspicion of driving over the prescribed limit. He was bailed pending further enquiries.
