Customers at the gym off White Rose Way were left confused by a message from bosses
A popular Doncaster gym has re-opened following a temporary closure as bosses responded to “an incident.”
Customers at Nuffield Halth were left confused after bosses announced the closure - and then promptly deleted the announcement.
The gym which is based off White Rose Way, posted a message on social media on Saturday which read: “Dear members, due to unforeseen circumstances, the club will be closed until further notice.”
The gym initially allowed customers to comment, with one asking: “What happened?” before commenting was promptly switched off.
Shortly aftewards the post was deleted from the gym’s Facebook page, creating confusion for users.
A later post read: “Dear Members, We will be back open tomorrow as usual. Thank you for your patience with the recent unforeseen closure this afternoon.”
A spokesperson for Nuffield said: "The club was temporarily closed for a short period while our team responded to an incident. This was resolved and the club is now open and operating as normal."
