Jason Andrew Dunn: aged 47, of HMP Doncaster, Marsh Gate, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison, criminal damage, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 18 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Paul Michael Merritt: aged 54, of Clayfield View, Mexborough, with a view to gain for themselves or another, or with intent to cause loss to another, and without the consent of the proprietor, had in their possession or control in the course of a business, goods which bore, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark with a view to them or another selling the said goods, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £175 costs, order for all counterfeit items to be seized and destroyed.

Mark James Flynn: aged 37, of Grove Place, Balby Bridge, theft, four weeks in prison, £160 compensation.

Lisa Martin: aged 42, of West End Lane, New Rossington, assaulted a police constable acting in their function as an emergency worker, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £100 fine, £100 compensation, £175 costs.
