Here are the criminals who have been jailed in December at courts across South Yorkshire.

Their crimes include murder, drugs supply, firearms offences as part of a drugs gang in Sheffield, historic sex offences against children, defecating in a police cell and burglary.

5. Martin Wilson
Pictured is Martin Wilson, aged 38, of Monsal Crescent, Athersley South, Barnsley, who was found guilty after a trial of murdering Stephen Riley who had died after suffering two stab wounds during the evening of June 26.
He first met his victim at Young Offender Institutions, hunted him down and killed him after learning he had allegedly kicked his pregnant ex-partner in the stomach. Photo: The Star
