Suspected drug dealer arrested in Doncaster
A suspected drug dealer is in police custody today after being arrested in Doncaster.
The 41-year-old, from Mexborough, was arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
He was arrested by South Yorkshire Police’s ‘Operation Fortify’ team, which is tasked with dealing with serious violent crime and organised criminality.
Over recent months the team has been involved in operations at Doncaster’s prisons and in and around Mexborough.
