South Yorkshire man wanted in connection with stealing £1,500 worth of vape products

Police are appealing for help in tracing a man in connection with the theft of £1,500 worth of vape products in South Yorkshire.

Martin Shaw, aged 40, is also wanted in connection with attempted car thefts in Swinton, police said.

On Saturday a man broke into a business on High Thorn Road in Kilnhurst by damaging the shutters. It is reported £1,500 worth of vape products were stolen in the burglary. The next day a man tried to break in to several vehicles on a driveway on St George’s Drive, Swinton.

Police want to speak to Shaw, who has links to Swinton, Kilnhurst and Mexborough, regarding both incidents.

The public are asked not to approach him, but call 101 quoting incident number 305 of 03 of May 2020 if they have information to share.
