Police seal off Doncaster road after shots fired near schools: PICTURE GALLERY

This is the dramatic scene in a Doncaster village this afternoon after police flooded Armthorpe after shots were fired near two schools.

Officers have sealed off Mere Lane after the incident at around noon which took place near to Armthorpe Academy and Our Lady Of Sorrows Catholic Primary School.
