Police presence at Doncaster house as investigation enters its third day
A house in Doncaster remains behind a police cordon and under investigation for a third day after neighbours reported an “unconscious body” being carried into a car on Thursday evening.
Officers responded to calls at around 8.50pm on Thursday (September 17) with reports of suspicious activity at a property on Warren Close in Intake.
South Yorkshire Police said: “On arrival at the scene, police discovered evidence of a possible disturbance.
“No one was present at the property at the time, enquiries are continuing.”
A number of police officers, CID officers and a forensics team have been seen at the property, which remains sealed off.
A neighbour reported that on Thursday evening they saw an "unconscious body” being carried from the house and put into a car by “two men dressed like police officers”.
They said that since they witnessed the incident they have not seen the man who they know lives at the house.
