Missing Doncaster girl, 16, is found safe and well

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “Thank you so much to everyone who shared our earlier appeal to find Doncaster teenager, Melissa Simpson.

“Melissa has now been found safe and well.”

Melissa had previously last been seen at her house in Sprotbrough to go and meet friends at 7pm on June 15.

She was reported missing shortly after midnight when she failed to come home.
