Man committed 'lewd act' behind a tree near two joggers in Doncaster

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seen committing a lewd act in the Warmsworth area.

At around 2.50pm on Thursday 5 November two women were reportedly jogging along the Trans Pennine Trail between Warmsworth and Hexthorpe, when a male cyclist warned them of a man acting suspiciously further up the track.

As the women continued on their route, they spotted a man stood behind a tree, committing a lewd act. He then fled in the direction of Hexthorpe.

The man is described as being around 5ft 10 tall and of a stocky build. He was wearing jeans and a distinctive, colourful hoody which was white with splashes of blue, yellow, red and green.

Police are especially keen to speak to the cyclist who spoke to the women, and any motorists who were on nearby roads in the area and have helpful dashcam footage.
