A man accused of murdering Doncaster woman Amy Stringfellow is preparing to stand trial at Sheffield Crown Court next month.

Terence Papworth, aged 45, of Dryden Road, Balby, is accused of murdering Ms Stringfellow in an attack on Friday, June 5.

Emergency services were called to Dryden Road at around approximately 11.35pm that day and found Mrs Stringfellow critically injured.

The 26-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
