A drunk woman causing a nuisance outside a Doncaster house evaded police after a worried resident called in officers.

Police received the report of a woman outside a property in Beckett Road wandering around and causing a nuisance yesterday.
A spokesman said: “It was reported the woman could be intoxicated.”
Police attended but the woman had left the area and there was no damage to the property.
