Doncaster man sexually assaulted woman and attacked another man in violence spree

Daryl Fletcher appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 7, where he admitted a raft of charges following the incidents in Silver Street, Doncaster on September 4.

The 34-year-old, of Christ Church Road in Doncaster, admitted sexually touching a woman over the age of 16 during the incident, and assault by beating the male when he appeared before the court.

He also admitted seperate charges of assaulting an emergency worker, damaging a police vehicle and also acting in a drunk and disorderly manner.

Fletcher was jailed for a total of 26 weeks for the offences and ordered to pay a total of £250 to his victims.

In addition, he was also placed on the sex offenders register for the next seven years as part of the sentence.
