Doncaster man 'damaged cupboard and wall belonging to former partner'

A Doncaster man damaged a cupboard and a wall belonging to his former partner, then resisted arrest when the police arrived, court records show.

Ryan McMillan, 24, of Goodison Boulevard, Cantley, Doncaster, admitted two counts of criminal damage and resisting a police officer on October 17, when he appeared before Doncaster Magistrates Court on December 4.

He was given a community order to include supervision and 40 hours of unpaid work, and pay £85 costs and a £95 victim surcharge. A restraining order was also made.
