Doncaster man charged with robbery and shoplifting crimes

A 20-year-old Doncaster man has been charged by officers for committing robbery, among serial shoplifting crimes.

South Yorkshire Police charged Sane Howarth, 20, of Belmont Avenue, Hexthorpe with affray, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, common assault and two counts of shoplifting.The charges relate to crimes Howarth is alleged to have committed in the Balby area between June 19 and 28 of this year.He has been remanded into custody and is due to appear before Sheffield Crown Court later this month.
