Doncaster man caught with Class A drug after behaving in a threatening manner in the town

A Doncaster man was caught with a quantity of Class A drugs after behaving in the threatening manner during an incident in the town.

Marcin Rorbach appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 4, after pleading guilty to two offences at a hearing the previous day.

Rorbach, 24, of Cranbrook Road, Wheatley, Doncaster was caught with a quantity on MDMA, a Class A substance, in Doncaster on March 9 this year, court records show.

On the same date he also acted in a threatening manner by using “threatening or abusive words or behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress” to a member of the public.

He was fined £300 for possession of the drugs and a further £150 for the threatening behaviour.

He must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £45 victim surcharge, magistrates ruled.

Magistrates also ordered that the quantity on MDMA be forfeited and destroyed.
