Doncaster

Gareth Aiden Doyle: aged 33, of Bankwood Crescent, New Rossington, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from a period in prison, 14 days in prison, £75 costs.

Simon Granter: aged 40, of Yealand Close, Adwick-le-Street, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £200 costs, disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Lisa Jane Scholefield: aged 21, of Open House Plus, College Road, Town Centre, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, criminal damage, failed to surrender to custody, £50 fine, £85 costs.

Stephen Michael Swallow: aged 34, of Adwick Road, Mexborough, carried an article for use in a theft, theft, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, £1.55 compensation, £50 costs.

Gareth Belfield: aged 34, of Parkgate Drive, Conisbrough, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £120 costs.

David Haslam: aged 53, of King Georges Court, Stainforth, assault by beating, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £200 compensation.

Craig Andrew Richardson: aged 25, of Springwell Lane, Balby, breach of public spaces protection order, failed to surrender to custody, discharged for six months, £20 costs.

John Stokes: aged 31, of Warren Close, Intake, theft, 14 days in prison, £115 costs.

Christopher Anthony Barrett: aged 37, of Thomas Street, Swinton, Rotherham, criminal damage, harassment, community order, unpaid work requirement, unpaid work requirement, restraining order imposed, £40 compensation, £170 costs.

Mason Goulding: aged 23, of Thrybergh Court, Denaby Main, assaulted a police constable in the execution of their duty, drunk and disorderly, £160 fine, £100 compensation, £115 costs. 

Jessie-May Tuprin: aged 24, of Moat House Way, Conisbrough, theft, failed to surrender to custody, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £170 costs.

Pearl Cairns: aged 56, of Glenfield Avenue, Balby, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, £160 fine, £115 costs.

Carolyn Brierley: aged 54, of Millcroft Close, Thorne, failed to provide a specimen of breath, £120 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Matthew Andrew Hartley: aged 39, of Silverwood House, Elsworth Close, Town Centre, theft, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £54.96 compensation.

Glenn Curtis Derrick: aged 25, of Lindum Street, Hexthorpe, criminal damage, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, £120 fine, £115 costs.

Joseph Robert Hall: aged 35, of Brosley Avenue, Barnby Dun, drug driving, possession of a class A drug, £240 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for three years, order for the destruction of the drug.

Lindsay Harvey: aged 36, of Laurence Court, Adwick-le-Street, drink driving, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £170 costs, disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Sheffield

The following appeared before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court

Lisa Jayne Beard: aged 33, of Lorna Road, Mexborough, theft, failed to surrender to custody, nine weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, drug rehabilitation requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, £115 costs.

John Pearson: aged 36, of Aldred Crescent, Mexborough, criminal damage, assaulted a police constable in the execution their duty, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause a person fear that immediate violence would be used against them, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, residence requirement, £520 compensation, restraining order imposed.

Daniel Holmes: aged 24, of Turnberry Mews, Stainforth, driving without due care and attention, £200 fine, £115 costs. three points on driving licence.

Daniel Powell: aged 25, of Lime Tree Avenue, Belle Vue, failed to give information about the identity of a driver to the police. £660 fine, £151 costs, six points on driving licence.

Kieron Mark Harvey: aged 28, of no fixed address, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, drove a vehicle when the front and rear lights were not kept lit and unobscured, £150 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Barnsley

The following appeared before Barnsley Magistrates’ Court

Lee Mark Osbourn: aged 37, of no fixed address, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, failed to surrender to custody, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £10 fine.

Bevan Addy: aged 29, of no fixed address, carried out a course of conduct that caused a person to believe violence would be used against them, carried out a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 24 weeks in prison, restraining order imposed, £115 costs.

David James Porthouse: aged 44, of Avenue Road, Wheatley, criminal damage, criminal damage, £120 fine, £100 compensation, £115 costs, restraining order imposed.

David Andrew Townend: aged 33, of Whitelee, Mexborough, , used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in a racially aggravated incident, community order, unpaid work requirement, restraining order imposed, £705 costs.
