A 12-year-old boy is fighting for his life in hospital after a Doncaster crash.

It happened on Thorne Road at Blaxton just before 7.40am this morning (Tuesday, November 3).

It is believed that a white Ford Focus, a red Skoda Octavia, White VW Transporter and a red Vauxhall Corsa were involved.

A twelve-year-old boy was taken to hospital by air ambulance with suspected life-threatening injuries.

The road remains closed while officers continue with their enquiries at the scene.
