Two fire crews were called out to deal with a blaze after arsonists torched a former Doncaster village pub.

Firefighters from Dearne and Edlington stations were called out to a derelict building fire at the former Bulls Head pub at 9.25pm last night (Monday, August 21) on High Street in, Mexborough.

The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

The crews left the scene at 10.25pm.
