To support its plans, district councillor Hazel Brand gave the club a donation of £150 to help with publicity, and the running costs of the show. This is the last donation from the District Council’s community grants this year.
Cash to help gardeners club
Misterton Gardeners Club has plans to expand its activities with a flower and produce show later in the year.
