Bin set alight in arson incident on Doncaster street

Firefighters were called out to an arson incident near houses on a Doncaster street.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8.10pm on Woodfield Road, Balby, on Thursday night, South Yorkshire firefighters have revealed.

Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident, and spent around 20 minutes on the scene dealing with the blaze.

Crews had earlier dealt with a fire in Rossington.
