Doncaster Council officials confirmed the road was back open last night, after the fire which had caused closures since Tuesday night.
A spokesman said: “Our Building Control team needed to organise scaffolding to support the gable ends of the property affected by the fire on Balby Road. The work is now complete and the road has reopened in both directions.”
