The Lagoons swimming pool is now open again following the coronavirus lockdown.

But customers are being warned of a number of safety measures – including users being ‘beach ready’ by arriving with swimming costumes on under regular clothes.

A spokesman said: “We have introduced a number of booking and safety procedures to keep you and our staff safe.”

The Dome's Lagoons pool is back in business.

"Have your swimming clothes on underneath your regular clothes so that you can get changed easily when you arrive. After your swimming session you will be able to get dry and dressed but showers are not in use.”

Other measures include a reduced number of people in the pool, one way entry and exit, extra cleaning and sanitisation between sessions and a new social distancing queuing system.

Session times are 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm and must be booked online HERE
