Truffle Lodge in Fishlake has been taken over by Glyn Oliver and fiancee Georgina Holling, with Isobel Holling as business manager.
The new team has exciting new plans, to add to the spa's current wide range of facilities, and are living on site in the five-bedroom home that forms part of the property, while overseeing work to freshen up the premises before it re-opens on March 1, 2026.
The spa itself offers a suite of high-end amenities, including a large heated indoor pool, a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, an outdoor hot tub, and a calm relaxation conservatory.
Additional features include a full-size snooker table, shower and changing rooms, and a licensed bar.
The Lodge - a separate private space within the grounds - has previously been available for exclusive hire.
A former railway construction engineer for overhead lines, Glyn, 31, said: "Renovations are taking place throughout the whole of the property and gardens.
"We are currently waiting for delivery of a number of assets for outdoors, including a sauna, a hot tub and an ice bath.
"We do plan to make some changes, and will increase the opening hours, offering twilight, morning and day spas, all of which are updated on the website.
"Later in the year we will look at overnight stays, and will do more with wellness, introducing sound baths and a pilates studio at some point.
"It's to be very much a family orientated business. A big change of career direction for me, but Georgina and Isobel both worked here previously and are well known faces to many people."
Truffle Lodge has operated successfully since 2015 and was developed by its former owner, who retired and put the business up for sale in July last year.
