The property in Kelham Island is at Green Lane Works, an old metalworking factory with a Grade II* listed gatehouse built in the early 1860s.
After the works – which at various times specialised in the production of stove grates, files, razor blades and agricultural tools – closed the building became disused, but in 2017 the place was converted into residential apartments and commercial units.
The sale is being handled by Blundells and the flat is listed on Zoopla.
